• Confidentiality of Material Inside Information
Established "Material Inside Information disposition Procedure," prohibiting directors, managers, employees, and other insiders from trading securities using information not publicly available in the market.
• Training of Confidentiality of Material Internal Information
Implement relevant legal requirements to directors, supervisors, managers, and employees at least once a year via email, in writing, or other means. Newly appointed directors, supervisors, managers, and employees should be provided with timely education and training.
Intellectual Property Management
• Purpose of Intellectual Property Management:
- To comply with relevant laws and regulations protecting intellectual property rights in Taiwan.
- To strengthen the Jtron's intellectual property management.
- To cultivate employees' awareness of intellectual property rights and implement Jtron's intellectual property policies.
• Intellectual Property Management Policy:
- Jtron values self-owned intellectual property rights and respects the intellectual property rights of others.
- The development of the intellectual property rights prioritizes not infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
- If any infringement of Jtron's intellectual property rights is discovered, Jtron will pursue legal action.
- Any tasks related to intellectual property rights planning, infringement issues and dispute analysis, and intellectual property application feasibility assessment and application will be outsourced after project application.
