C251 Dew Point Detector
  • This detection solution is for monitoring the water drop formation which may cause by the combination effect from the “Relative humility (RH)” and “temperature” in low temperature chamber.
  • The monitor environment is the space between tester head pogo tower and prober card.
  • The monitor can sense the RH and water drop formation in real time and trigger alarm or buzzer when RH is out of control range or water drop form up is in the chamber area.
  • The sensor needs to connect to a displace or monitor with humidity +/- % RH tolerance setting available to avoid water drop bedew on wafer or probe card.
