JTRON not only provides on-site repairing contracted services but also owns a repairing center that supports our clients and customers resolving any system, instrument, and part repairing issues. Some of our repairing experiences are as below: Advantest T5/T6 model, Keysight’s system, instrument, and WAT, and workstation.
When our quality control team receives the testing system or instrument, first we check the cosmetic inspection and electrical testing to provide an initial report to the customer. After the customer reviewing the report and confirming the request with us, we then proceed to further inspect, repair, and test the product. The entire process is equipped with professions and holistic warehouse management. Once completed, our logistics team will arrange to ship the product back to the customer.
Our standard procedure includes collecting the product, running initial trouble-shoot (3-5 working days), inspecting, repairing or replacing the parts, and inspecting again. After sending the initial report to the customer, customer decides whether to proceed.

If not proceed, we will return the product back to the customer and charge inspecting and handling fee subject to different cases.

If proceed, our standard repairing time is usually 10-20 working days, subject to different cases.
If you are a new customer, first, we would like to understand and evaluate your request to see whether we could offer the best solution for you. During the discussion, we can also provide other add-on services, such as system integration and calibration that fit your requirement.

If you have worked with other companies previously, it is important for us to align with your information about the product as much as possible in order for us to economically efficient to solve your issue. Below is our standard quotation procedure.

A. Base on repair information, we understand request and possible application.
B. Evaluate request and confirm whether it requires system integration, inspection, or calibration solution.
C. Quote details will base on different solutions, working hours, and warranty discussed.
D. Customer decides shipping method after repair.

Once customer accepts the quotation, we would offer comprehensive service information such as lead time, payment method, and etc. JTRON has its own database to store all of the information, not only for our sales and engineers to align with schedule and information but also for further reference if customer has new request.

When our repairing team receives your product, we would run an initial inspection and test then provide our feedback within 3-5 working days on whether we are able to repair.
Following the question above, if customer decides not to repair the product after our initial inspection, our engineers would reinstall the product back to its original status and return to our customer. Inspecting and handling fee may apply base on different cases.
For all the products repaired by JTRON, we do offer product warranty. During this period, if you encounter any issue relating to the product (not caused by human factors), we offer inspection and repairing services for free. This includes in our warranty deal, unless other conditions have been agreed upon signing the warranty contract.
