In 2004, Jtron Technology began to cooperate with Agilent in the semiconductor parameter testing technology outsourcing business. After 2008, Keysight was independent of Agilent Technologies. Jtron Technology continued to cooperate with Keysight Technology as a partner in outsourcing business. Service areas include Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea. Jtron continues to provide services for Keysight's parametric (WAT) test systems presently.

In 2004, Jtron Technology began cooperation with Agilent Technologies in the semiconductor testing technology outsourcing business. In 2006, Verigy Technology was independent of Agilent Technologies, and Jtron Technology continued to undertake this outsourcing business with Verigy Technology. In 2011, Jtron technology became the professional service partner for Advantest's semiconductor test systems. Service areas include Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea.

Jtron technology became EPSON’s partners in the semiconductor test handler outsourcing services business in 2017。Service areas include Singapore, Taiwan and China. Service items include EPSON handler installation, deinstallation, handler setup, calibration, on-site service, maintenance, system integration, and troubleshooting.

In 2018, Jtron technology began to work with Kulicke & Soffa (K&S) as a partner in the semiconductor packaging outsourcing business. Service areas include Taiwan and China, and mainly provide services such as machine parts and circuit board maintenance of the wire machine. Service item include ICONN series、ICONN-Plus series, etc.

In 2019, Jtron Technology officially became OSAI outsourcing service partner, provid assistance in handling after-sales service and improving maintenance speed and customer satisfaction.
